Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) outline the policies governing payments made on kerapot.com (“Website”). By purchasing any product on our Website, you agree to these terms, which apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)* – Available for selected pin codes only

*We reserve the right to disable COD during high-demand periods or based on order value and location.


2. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (except for COD orders).
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID provided during checkout.


3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • We do not store your credit/debit card or banking information on our servers.
  • For enhanced security, 3D Secure authentication may be required.


4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: If an order is canceled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Orders: No charges will apply if canceled before shipment. Repeated COD order cancellations may result in account restrictions.
  • Refunds are not applicable for products that are opened, used, or returned without valid reason (such as damage or delivery error).


5. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices listed on the Website are in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout and included in the final invoice.
